“This bicep/tricep machine is great! The quality feels like a commercial gym piece if not better since im sure you wont ruin the pad! Great bicep contraction. The tricep can feel a little weird just gotta take the weight off change the pin and add it back on. If you’re tall the dont sit on the bench stand right behind it and lean on your knees. I actually like this position better for my tris. 5 star for sure”

“Ive had this machine for a month or so at this point and this machine has been perfect. The action is smooth. The frame is heavy. The selector pin is crisp and secure. The price is on point. Well worth the money. *It did arrive with no manual or packing list, but one quick call to TITAN and I had both documents within minutes to my email.”

“Positives: 1. A good value for the price 2. Well built except for a big flaw (see below) Negatives: 1. The assembly instructions could use some work 2. The assembly wrenches are pretty useless...use your own real tools. Flaw: I bought the bench for both bicep curls and triceps. The knob on the pin that sets the range and inserts in the wheel bangs into the vertical bar. This limits the range of motion for bicep curls and prevents moving the weight to the opposite side to do triceps work. I don't know if this is an inherent design issue or a manufacturing issue.”

“Bought this machine after buying a couple benches which I was very impressed with the quality. Once again great quality at a great price. Own some Rogue equipment and this is just as good in my opinion, especially when you factor in the price.”

“I really like the machine for preacher curl and would buy again since that was the main reason I purchased. But as another stated the tricep part of the machine is somewhat flawed. I also find as they did that when trying to load more weight there is no support to keep you seated which impacts the ability to use proper form and get a good tricep pump.”
