“A great piece of equipment at a very reasonable price and always free shipping. Assembly was easy(I put it together myself in less than a half hour.) Most weeks I use my seated row station at least twice for ten to twenty sets at a time. I love that it has two hand grip options and I switch my grip every set and therefore hit the muscles at a slightly different angle during each workout without having to take the time to reset anything between sets. I highly recommend this piece of equipment for anyone building their home gym(I've been building mine for the past 37 years.)”
