“Definitely worth it especially if you get it in sale. Commercial versions of this are thousands of dollars. The chest pad could be better but I’m fine with it. The foot pads are useless where they’re positioned. I don’t use them so it’s a non issue for me. It is true that you don’t feel the resistance at the top of the movement. This can be solved easily by adding resistance bands. (See the photo I posted). After doing this one little hack it feels great throughout the entire range of motion. For the price this is an excellent piece of equipment. I definitely recommend.”

“Excellent workout for strengthening and isolating back muscles. Replaced deadlifting. The only drawback is the chest pad while lifting heavier loads.”
