This plate-loaded seated row machine maximizes your range of motion during rows for a killer back, arm, and shoulder workout - all while building core strength and improving posture. By providing body stability with a seated design, all your effort goes towards building a rock-solid back. This plate-loaded system has two Olympic weight sleeves for progressive overload and is rated at 270 LB. That means you can increase your resistance over time for continuous muscle growth. Choose from two grip styles (vertical and horizontal) and six different arm width positions (wide or narrow) to target and isolate specific muscles for bigger gains in less time. This machine features an adjustable padded seat with six height settings, a comfortable chest pad with five adjustable angle settings, and extra-thick padded foot braces for optimal comfort and flawless execution. This unit is constructed with durable powder-coated steel, non-slip rubber feet, and bolt-down holes for concrete anchors.

This is an excellent back machine. Smooth and effective. I find it targets the middle back and traps really well. I really like having the neutral grip option because I have a bad right shoulder. The chest pad is a bit small and could be thicker but I don’t have a problem with the comfort. Overall it’s a great piece of equipment. I also have the multi grip pull down handle, the Tbar row fat handle, and the seal row bar, so Titan is helping me build my back well!

After making a few alterations, this is a really useful piece of equipment. The problem is the static handles make pulling in certain ranges of motion very uncomfortable or not natural. I fixed this issue by reversing the direction the handles are mounted, and attached a set of Spud Inc single handles to each. Now I can pull without my wrists being put in uncomfortable positions. This has made the piece substantially more effective. Second, I raised the back about 2 inches so that the angle down is slightly more severe. I also added a 50 lbs saddle bag to make sure it doesn’t lift off the ground during the exercise (this is precautionary, I have never felt it lift off but kept it there just in case. I already had the saddlebag, but wouldn’t buy it for only this reason) This makes the weight feel heavier without loading as much weight. Third, I use an AbMat by Rogue on the chest pad because the one provided is way too small and will make pulling while leaning into the pad almost impossible to do how painful that pad becomes. Now it is one of my favorite pieces to use.
