“It was easy to put together although nothing showed you how to install to a wall, but I figured that out easy enough. Just waiting for my weight plates now. Wished I had ordered them when I ordered the V3. V3 is a really good deal. I had both my shoulders replaced and this unit is perfect for me to keep them in shape without putting too much pressure on them.”

“Well worth the money! It would be nice if the mounting plates were adjustable instead of built into the frame so it could be mounted to a variety of wall options, but for your $ this is a great piece of equipment. I’ve loaded it up with plates and it works great. Pulleys could be smoother.”

“Bought two of these to make a functional trainer/crossover set up and it worked perfectly. This opened up a ton of exercises. Although this not commercial gym crossover quality it all moves smoothly and I’m happy with my purchase. My only complaint were the washers were of just perfect size to not slip through the hole leaving little wiggle room. For my piece of mine I bought a few for a few bucks”
