“Product quality was HORRIBLE. Customer service was very cordial and willing to cover return shipping but this product should have never made it out of the factory, let alone shipped to a customer. Metal tubes rusting inside. Dirt and welding slag literally falling out of tubes. Paint on pulley trolley chipping off. Chrome plating on trolley track was very poor quality. I’m shocked this made it past quality control. I totally understand a company having products manufactured abroad to save on costs but at least have a quality control person on site to inspect. Packaging was also terrible. Almost seems as if I received someone else’s returned product.”

“Everything is good for the price point EXCEPT the two chrome posts. Both are very pitted under the chrome, both are highly tarnished with one showing streaks of external rust. All holes were punched with what appears to be dull machinery because each hole is inconsistent with each other as each one has various depths of warped steel (just not clean cuts/punches overall). The entire rest of the assembly is painted black and looks fine. It just seems like the rustiest, pitted steel was picked out for possibly the worst chrome job I've come across.”

“Love the dual pulley system. Love the different settings to hit every angle. Attached it to my squat rack easily (before I mounted to the wall) Bought another for the opposite wall to have a cable crossover.”

“Package came damaged with parts exposed but luckily nothing missing and internals were packaged well so no damage. Instructions were fine to follow as long as you match the very tiny numbers to identify which bolt. Assembled with no parts missing. Painted parts were well made for the thickness. Stainless Steel beams were already showing signs of some surface rust. Steel wool and wd40 and it’s fine. Now the only parts that are not good are the pulleys. Popped the caps to fully lube. One is just tight and useless but at least can move. 5 were okay but not great. Rest were good. Overall, I’ll probably spend more on new aluminum pulleys than the total cost for the unit from Titan. Way to go Titan for offering up a very affordable unit that is usable out of the box with potential with some modifications to make a really nice machine.”
