Loving this equipment so far. Arrived quickly, easy assembly. Very useful for many exercises. Appearnce and operation is of good quality. My only recommendation is to use aluminum pulley wheels vice plastic. Plastic works fine, but aluminum runs smoother and quieter.

Price: 3/5 Stars - For what we ordered the price point was fair but the condition it showed up in was not “NEW”. Quality: 3/5 - The overall quality is not bad. Pulleys are cheaper plastic but work well. Cables are decent. Unfortunately our product showed up with dents, scratches and rust. So that lowered the score here. Functionality: 5/5 - Product works great and as advertised. Definitely added some versatility to our home gym. Service: 1/5 - After receiving the product and opening it I immediately contacted Titan about the condition of the product via email. I told them I did not want a full refund or replacement but I would like a reimbursement of some kind for the condition of it. They are still currently giving me the run around on it to date (a month after initiating contact).

Product was back ordered for about 1.5 months, that is okay for a good product, understandable. However, when the product arrived there were multiple problems with it that made it impossible to put together and use safely. Rust on multiple metal pieces, broken/ missing plastic pieces, bent pulley framing, etc. options were return it and wait another couple months for a hopefully better product or just make it work. Since it is a fairly cheep price point for this type of product, I figured this quality control is probably not a one off issue and didn’t want to gamble on multiple months to find out. So I am making it work now, after trying to fix it myself. Works fine but is not ideal. I also am able to accomplish the same thing on my squat rack with a couple of pulleys and it is much more fluid. On the positive side, if you don’t want to change your pulleys around on the squat rack, this allows you to do a decent workout with minimal fuss of changing height of handles etc. the exercise angles themselves are not great, but they work fine if you don’t mind working around the limitations. Example: I am 5’8” and still have to sit on the floor to get a full range lat pull-down out of this thing (and I bought the taller model). I would not recommend. Probably do alternative workouts until you can afford a cable tower with better quality control/ general quality and exercise range.

After building a home gym during Covid, I adjusted all my routines to use a rack, free weights, and adjustable dumbbells. This was great for a few years, and I didn't miss a lot of the accessory leg machines I used to use. Recently, I stayed at a hotel that had a great gym, and realized I DID miss the cable machine. It's a super versatile way to add a bunch of accessory exercises to your primary routines. And there are only so many overhead tricep extensions one can do! Not wanting to spend a fortune, I settled on this Tower v3. And now I am really enjoying adding back in rows, face pulls, cable crunches, triceps pushdowns, cable curls, and a lot more! I was very happy that I could mount this to my Rouge Monster Lite rack. You can see on the photo that I raised it up 3.5 inches off the floor, as I am 6"5', but it would mount without height modification as well. Does this have the same quality as a piece of commercial gym equipment? Of course not. But loading the free weights (instead of adjusting a weight stack) is not a big deal. I use Olympic plates and they work just fine. And you can get some more versatility by using 1 cable or 2 for all your exercises, which adjusts the working load without changing weights. Once you figure out your weights, it's fine. I got a set of attachments from Amazon that are beefier than I expected, and handle most of my needs. Cons: At 6"5', I can sometimes run out of range, even with the increased height that I mounted mine. You can account for this by being creative with positions, and by using 1 cable instead of 2, which gives a bit more extension. Also, I would forget about doing HEAVY rows or pulls from this when the pulleys are moved to the center position (as opposed to the top or the bottom). You can visibly see it flexing more than you would like when pulling 90 lbs, for example. In other words, the construction isn't completely bombproof like my rack. But for most exercises it's just fine, and even if it flexes, and even if it eventually breaks, again take a look at the price. And for those not lifting heavy from the middle, it's a non-issue. Resistance isn't as smooth as you might like, especially during the eccentric phase. You notice it. Hot tip: load both sides evenly when possible for a smoother ride. Aluminum pulleys, beefier metal, and 6 inches taller would warrant me paying at least double for this machine. But all in all, a great value for the money and nice addition to a home gym.

I think the product will be very useful for a home gym. The one improvement they could really do is their instructions for the cable pullies and the wall mounting. I had to search on line to find a video of the pulley system as the diagram was very small and not helpful to me. I also had to go to the hardware store and get lag bolts to mount it to the wall.
