“Well priced, fairly easy for one person to assemble though I wouldn't want to do it without a socket wrench. It works great and I enjoy using it. The 1" hanger bar works well with 2" plates, you don't really need an adaptor. My two quibbles are, I wish there was an option to purchase with aluminum pulleys, as the included ones are OK but even with silicone lubricant many of them didn't spin freely, and to purchase replacement aluminum pulleys afterwards is wasteful and very costly. Finally, there were two drywall anchors included but not referenced in the manual, which is odd as properly securing to the wall is very important. I went out and bought two lag bolts so I could attach it to the studs directly, which seems preferable. On the whole though, it's a great unit.”

“I got the unit, put it together with the instructions provided which were very confusing and printed in tiny font. I then came to realize that one of the pulley attachment pieces was missing the the machine cannot work without it. I called customer service, requested the piece to be sent to me and it has now been 3 weeks and I still haven’t recovered it. I called back customer service and they still don’t have an eta as to when I will get it. So I now have this unit in my house that I cannot use and don’t know when I will be able to use it. It does look solid but I guess we shall eventually see.. #dobettertitan”

“Lat pulldowns are impossible to do in good form. The top pulley needs to be over head, you can't pull straight down, or behind the head. I'm looking for a quality replacement and this will be for sale soon. I guess I should have studied the design more before I made the purchase. My loss”

“I was using this product with only 40 lbs on the trolley, along with the pull knob being fully inserted and tightened. When the pin popped out and the entire trolley fell and smashed me on the head giving me concussion symptoms. Not only did this part break, but the 40 lbs on the trolley ended up severley bending the safety. For something that is supposedly rated at 550lbs. 40 lbs should not be bending the safety at any height. This is a very dangerous machine and had someone been doing heavy work on the side of the trolley, they easily could have been killed by the falling weight stack. Not to mention if doing pulls on the front of the rack the plates could have easily destroyed your legs/feet. THis wasn't the only problem I had with this device. I ordered 2 of these items and the other one came with bent unuseable pulleys. After going back and forth with the reps, I never ended up getting replacement pulleys so one of my machines is basically unusable. Not that I am particularly eager to use it again after realizing how dangerous this device is.”
