Broken pulleys on delivery. No longer have part in stock. Have to wait 2 months for part. Unable to use in the meantime. Directions suck on how to install.

I received the tower well packaged and no damage. Relatively quick to set up. Love the operation of it. Mounted securely to metal workshop beam. Pulleys and slides are not as smooth as desired but really not an issue. 300 lb weight is good and tower is actually pretty sturdy. The only real complaint would be when doing some exercises like twists, it tends to shift at the top. Would need stabilser "outriggers" of some sort but hey, all in all is a great addition to your home gym and offers plenty of different options. I do recommend getting the tall tower. I have had a single exception where the slide maxed out at the top but a simple adjustment to posture can fix this. Otherwise another 6" taller would accomodate most anyone. Love this thing.

Good product. One of the pulley wheels was broken and haven't received a replacement from Titan yet and it's been 3 weeks.

Install was straight forward. It took a minute to figure out the bottom pulley as the instructions were terrible for that part. I recommend using lag bolts and washers to attach the tower to framing instead of using the cheap anchor bolts that comes with the machine. Machine seems fairly smooth in its operation. Ball bearing grease may be required as the machine ages. Good buy for the price.

Very happy with this addition to our basement gym. Adds a lot of new options. Easy enough to assemble (despite the terrible instructions). Very stable once it’s mounted to the wall. Added 2 inch plate sleeves to accommodate the plates we already owned.

For a home gym with limited space you can't beat it! I always wanted to buy a full functional machine but didn't have the space. At the gym, unless I'm doing crossovers, I typically only used one side for several functions, so when I saw this was actually a thing that existed, there was no hesitation for the purchase. This tower fits great in my room. It was mounted into a stud and only takes up 2 feet wide and a little over 2 feet from the wall (27 inches), and that's it! I read as many reviews as I could find all over the net before purchasing and took the advice of spraying lubricant on it, and the movement is extremely smooth. It is of great quality and feels sturdy and solid. It works as expected so far. I ordered it I think on a Monday, it was at my house that Thursday. It came super quick. I had someone assemble it for me, so I can't say if that part was easy or not, but he only took about an hour after unpacking it to assemble it and didn't say there were any issues. I LOVE this tower and am happy with the purchase which finished off my little home gym enough to cancel my almost 20 year long gym membership!

This is my 2nd Wall Mounted Pulley Tower. I have a 8x12 shed that I have turned into my gym. The 2 towers together give me the perfect functional trainer at a fraction of the cost and space. I would recommend that you oil the wheels before putting it together. The instructions are ok....but not so on the cable routing. Found a youtube video that helped with that!!

This is exactly what we needed in our home Gym. This is truly a compact but all the benefits of a gym quality cable machine.
