This is a budget machine. As such there are several issues that you put up with that wouldn't be present on a more expensive machine. So lets go. First I wouldn't recommend this machine to anyone unless they were very short 5'0" or there was no way they could put the taller version into their desired space. I'm 5'8" and it's height became enough of a limiting factor that I made 8" extensions for it. I only went with the shorter machine because the taller one was backordered for months. Don't make the same mistake. As for the machine itself. Over all it works very well for the price. There's plenty of workout routines that can be done with it. After a few weeks I came up with 12 that I do daily (for about 6 months now). There's plenty of videos on-line. One of the issues I had was raising the part that has the handles. It started off smooth but over time it got hard to raise up. It got to the point that my wife stopped using it. To fix this I started lubricating the plastic part that slides on the square tube with the holes. This work ok but was a bit messy. The other issue I had was the conical washers on the end of the main cable that press against the rubber dampener would dig into the steel frame that holds the two pulleys. Filing off the sharp edge of the washers helped. Since I decided to make extensions I also made a few other improvements. I welded some round bar onto the steel part that holds the two pulleys the conical washers were digging into. That fixed the digging in issue. When the machine is in it's highest setting the steel plates that hold the two pulleys want to flop around. This distorts the cable and looks like it could damage it over time. So I made a bracket that prevented them from moving that far. The square tube that you move up or down nd lock into place I added a handle to make moving it easier. But the biggest change I made was to put ball bearings on that piece you slide up and down. It now slides so easy that even a child can move it. Over all I'm very happy with it. I didn't need or want a monster machine or to spend thousands on equipment. This fit the bill perfectly and if I wasn't a tinkerer I's sure I would have been happy without modifying it.

Build quality is ok. Materials feel light and thin. Which make it feel not sturdy. The metal cups that protect the balls at the end of the cable where you put attachments gets hung up on the two movable cable guides. Which make it hard to start the movement. Price point is ok but I would not want to pay anymore. I do have other equipment from Titan that feel better built. I will continue to buy from them.

The pulleys they are attached to the front are weird. Had to turn them upside down to get better use out of them. I really with this was more like the Bells of steel pulley where you can add attachments like a seat or leg holders or chest support. Over all it’s okay but nothing magnificent. I definitely don’t recommend buying the short one. I don’t know why they even make it. It’s almost too short to even do tricep extensions and you definitely have to sit on the ground to do at lay pull down type of work. It is super stable when you mount it to the studs tho. You can also get by with half way cable flies if you’re desperate. A bit over priced for what you get.

My trainer recommended the wall mounted pulley tower, and he was so right! This is a game changer. The assembly instructions could do with a bit of help. BRing in someone off the street, hand them the instructions with the proper tools, and see what they make of it. The instructions have TINY lettering, and the cabling was VERY confusing. Had to find someone online that could explain it.

Overall a good piece of equipment. Went together fairly easy and no real issues. Really compact and doesn’t take up much space. If you have 2” Olympic plates. Recommend getting an adapter. Letting them hang is a problem

I installed three of these in our group fitness studio. They perform great so far. I would not put these in the weight room, as they are not indended for the abuse of thousands of times a month. But they are perfect for being used a couple days a week in group strength classes.
