I waited 7 weeks for this to arrive and I'm glad I did. For the price, you can't beat it. Good quality. Assembly was quick. All parts included. Did have to lube the guide pole for the weights. Operates very smoothly. Make sure you fasten it to a beam on top and bottom or it will move. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this pulley system in December on backorder and arrived within a couple days of expected ship date at time of order. A couple of the pulleys were damaged during shipping and Titan Customer service had them in the mail the next day. I have been very happy with this piece of equipment in my garage gym. With limited space, I have been able to perform a wide variety of workouts. I would highly recommend this piece of equipment to any one with a home gym!!

I've had this pully for a couple of weeks. Relatively quiet (family in the next room doesn't hear a sound) and versatile. Works just as well (and possibly better) as any pulley system from any other gym. A great investment. The only downside is the assembly process. This is not for beginners. Some of the pieces' tolerances were a bit off, so they were a pain to put together. Additionally, one of the pulleys arrived damaged. HOWEVER, Titan Fitness customer service was extraordinary! Within a few hours, they responded and shipped a replacement part. It's very rare for any customer service to respond that quickly, so I am extremely satisfied. After assembly, the tower works well and fulfills its purpose. I would purchase again, if needed, and highly recommend it.

Obviously the pricing shows that this isn’t the best cable machine out there, but it does the job and I am super satisfied with it. In addition to that, the customer service of Titan is the best I have ever experienced. I had an issue with one piece being bent upon its delivery and they sent a new piece. Unfortunately there was a minor issue with that as well and they refunded me without issue. I also have the issue of the bottom bracket not being able to be mounted to my foundation as the wall is a few inches deeper than the concrete at the bottom. They will work with me to provide me with a proper item hopefully to safely mount it without issue.

Does what I need for the price. Doesn’t have to be bolted to a wall or rack to be used.

Obviously doesn’t feel like a $4k commercial machine. Directions could use a little help too. But that all being said: for $160 or whatever you can’t beat it. Smooth and easy to use. We’ll see how it holds up. One note: you need to mount it to a wall or it’ll have a tendency to tip. So factor that into the plans.
