“Pulleys are arranged so they hit on the wall. Not sure if it is a manufacturing or design defect. Customer service has been impossible to get a hold of.”

“I have been trying to return this over a month, constant emails, yet it takes them about a week to respond to each one. I ordered this version by mistake, and immediately tried to cancel it. I emailed them several times to cancel, and all they told me is they will try, “it usually ships next day, so it’s hard to cancel” meanwhile it took about 6 days to ship. Long story short, they sent it anyways, now I have to pay the 50$ Shipping back if I want a refund. I will not be ordering from here again, and advise you not too either.”

“You get what you pay for. The pulleys made out of plastic and keeps rubbing the sides.”

“The wall-mounted pulley tower has been a great addition to my home gym. Being wall mounted is a great space saver. The tower is sturdy and the movements are smooth. Very versatile for a multitude of exercises.”

“This machine is great very high quality, very sturdy and very smooth. I’ll be ordering another one to do cable flies. I’d honestly say the only thing I’d change is I’d be nice if you sent large washers for mounting”

“Overall like the machine. It does need to be mounted to something for sure or else it will fall over. I really like that you put weight plates on it instead of having a machine that comes with weights.”
