Absolutely fantastic value for the money. Really excels for back workouts and chest. It's passable for triceps, biceps, and shoulders but I think the overall motion of the machine is limited for lower weight exercises by the pulley wheels. The bearings in them are drier than British comedy. If titan offered an upgraded wheel package with this for an extra 30 dollars I wouldn't think twice about paying for it.

It is a great piece of equipment. Very smooth. It has been the perfect addition to my mini-gym at home. Incredibly easy to adjust.

I really like the smoothness of the cables. I use a carabiner to attach both pulleys. Easy to put together. Solid construction. Only thing I’m not a fan of is the design of the clips where the handles attach. The ball slides up and down depending if you are pulling high or low. It isn’t a smooth transition. You have to make the adjustment as your changing position. Which means if you want to do a quick change for a superset it isn’t that simple. Other than that, I love it.

Very Good Quality For An Extremely Unbeatable Price Point. Took 2 People About 90 Minutes To Assemble; Most Likely Would Take One Person Closer To 2-2.5hrs. Only Negative So Far Is That Pulleys Make Some Noise Initially; Believe It Is As The Coating Is Rubbed Off But Is Does Not Impact Actual Usage.

I bought a variety of quality handles to use with one large carabiner connecting the two . The pulley handles are the weak link in the system. I haven’t thrown the in trash yet but probably will.

An otherwise well designed system is defeated by cheap pulleys. The pulleys do not rotate smoothly, they bind and stick. This makes every pull uncertain with regards to the expected resistance. If the pulleys were better, the system would be usable. As it is now, it’s not.
