“It works well. The only thing is that I wish I could could get a Iittle better of a stretch at the bottom. If you position you foot in a certain way, you can get at least somewhat of a stretch. I somewhat regret not getting the Tib bar instead. But I think at the time the price was higher for it.”

“Another great buy from Titan. It wont fit every 25lb plate. I have the cap old school 25s and it fits but wont fit my fitness gear 25s as those have a larger circumference. I notice my calf thickness increased after years of just doing calf raises. They say this helps with knee pain too. I don't deal with that but I can see how it would bring about balance. I think it helped me with ankle mobility as well. Titan has really opened many doors for me to get things like this tibia dorsi for my garage gym at prices I don't have to debate about.,”

“This is a must if you are looking to fully develop your calves! I have never felt such a burn until I started using this machine. It's not too big and is a welcome addition to any home gym or gym period as these usually cant be found and you have to get "creative" to target the tibialis anterior. If you can get your hands on one, Titan makes an excellent product, very high quality and durable.”
