I own a sports performance facility where we train hundreds of athletes (youth through college). Anyone under 5'9 will have a difficult time using this machine, which is like 80% of our clients. We joke that it was "made at the Big & Tall store." More specifically, the problem is where the thigh/knees are supported in relation to where the heels meet the curl pad... By the time the curl is 50% complete, the heels are slipping under the pad. There's no amount of adjusting back that makes this exercise work any better for athletes under 5'9. Lastly, I've had this a month and the foam in the padding is already breaking. The steel frame is good but the padding and really cheap... would NOT recommend.

It’s a decent machine, serves its purpose. I was not a fan of the assembly instructions, or lack there of. It only came with an exploded diagram with small print and nothing step by step. The support brackets on the underside of the top pad donor sit flush with the main support beam, causing the pad not to sit perfectly level, and the screws to hold said pad were a little short.

Definitely made for a taller person. I’m 6’2 and fits me decent on hamstring curl. Placed a medium resistance band on hamstring curl to have it pull back when you go past 90 and weight wants to go towards your body.

I'm sure it will work well, quite sturdy if / when I finally get to use it.

First, the instructions had errors regarding the correct bolts, leaving four bolts too short for the application. The bearing bolt was so oxidized, it would not go in and I had to order another. Second, the overall design is poor. The prone Leg curl would only be good for people over 6 feet tall. I'm 5'8'' and still have to climb on this. My wife will not use a step stool to climb on, nor start from the lower end and slide back. I'm eating this purchase since the packaging is gone and will donate it to the local fire department and purchase another brand.
