I havent bought it but if you look at the holes in the base of the leg ext/curl part. There is a hole right next to the bench. This is extremely useful for any athlete that NEEDS a nordic bench to do nordic curls

I was hesitant to purchase this as I already own a different company's Seated Leg Curl, but I'm glad I got this. It is incredibly solid and puts a huge emphasis on training the hams from a lengthened position. It is smooth and solid. Well worth it.

I just bought this machine this week. Its bigger and sturdier than i expected based on some of the reviews I read. This machine is solid. The Pads are wide. I did use a resistance band to provide some resistance because when doing hamstring curls it will stick at the top otherwise. It works perfect with the resistance band, all my clients love it. Great purchase for my training facility. Shipping was very fast. It is a tall machine and i like that. Assembly took 15 minutes with the help of one of my trainers. Great addition to the family!

First of all, the delivery was quick and blameless, it doesn't take that much time to assemble and I guess that depends on how quick you are, it took me about 40 minutes. well, I read the only one review that been posted here and I do agree it's kind of odd the bench is 3 feet above the ground. I am 5'10 and I have to climb up and get down every time I am using either extension or hamstring curl and that is the reason I am giving 4 stars, but other than that this is a long-life piece of equipment.

To begin, super quick shipping for me. Ordered and then arrived in 4 days. Packaging was a little damaged with a few holes in the box. Also some of the nuts were loose and scattered in the main box. Fortunately they were still all inside. The main metal pieces were well protected in bubble wrap. Requires 5/8 tools. Estimated assembly time about 1.5 hours. Overall the frame is of solid construction and seems very sturdy. The pads appear a little weak and I wish they had used a higher grade of padding. Will have to see how these hold up over time. There are two areas to insert the leg pads for the curl piece, but only one for extensions. Future iterations could be improved in this area with adjustable posts. Obviously this is a plate loaded piece so you can't rely on it having the same feel as a cable driven gym machine. Understanding that, this piece of equipment is oddly designed to me. The center post puts the actual bench 3 feet from the ground which just makes it cumbersome. Also in terms of leg extensions, it is difficult to find the sweet spot for full range of motion. Again I believe adjustable foot positions could address this in future designs. I find myself actually leaning very far back to feel much activation in the proximal parts of my quads. For leg curls, this is a bit iffy as well as there is no counter balance to the weight. Meaning if you curl for full ROM, the weight will tip over onto the back of your thighs. To address this I attached a light band to the center post and weight post. This also helps create a more cable driven feel. Overall the price is affordable and the free shipping is always great, but I'm just not sure I like this one yet. The verdict is still out for me.
