I got these for my Rogue R3 rack since Rogue doesn't offer them. They fit fine except for the side holes are a little off and the pin wouldn't fit. I just went to Lowes and bought some slightly thinner ones and it works fine. These are way heavier than I thought they would be (a good thing), but it does make changing the levels harder. It makes rows, "deadlifts" and OHP's excellent. I am really impressed with the quality of them.

I retrofitted these to my X-2 rack. I drilled out a 5/8” hole on the bottom corner of the bracket and popped the big old pin it comes with through it. It’s super solid and fully moveable. For the money can’t beat them. Highly recommend picking them up if your looking to emulate machine movements at home but are short on floor space.

I cut these down to 28 Inches to allow them to fit inside the 36 inch T3 Rack. I then installed an eyebolt onto them and used the Titan Pulley system to create a Lat Pulldown station, and a high Low cable setup. Works awesome. One other trick is to order some new Hardware with Wing Nuts to allow for easy changes to the handle and weight holders.

They work great and do the job just heavy when you have to adjust them. But I love them! @tracisa

Excellent product. Excellent for shoulder presses, deadlifts, and bent over rows. My only complaint is that it's not usable for bench or incline press. For whatever reason, even when I load up the lever arms with weights on these exercises, there is almost no resistance.
