I love this piece. I've used it twice since putting it together a week ago. This is a game changer for the posterior chain link. It's well made and the quality of a commercial piece. Only complaints are the ankle strap needs to be longer (I put and extension on it and it should come with a users manual. You'll figure it out either way. I would also put a horse stall mat down so it doesn't slide. I think one other improvement can be in the manual details. You'll figure it out though and enjoy it. 100% worth the money

This thing is massive! It takes up a ton of space but man it’s worth it. Heavy duty. No swing at all when doing heavy hypers. My only complaint would be the design when you’re doing back extensions. There isn’t really a step to help you get down. You have to basically jump down. However this is only a minor issue. Great buy y’all.

everything the 3-star review says as a negative makes it better in my eyes, so, 5 stars

I have been using this machine several days a week for a few months now. Great machine for glute ham raises, reverse hyper a, back extensions, and various ab exercises. I did have a bit of trouble putting it together due to a poor instruction manual and difficulty lining some bolts up. One of the bearings arrived damaged, but Titan sent a brand new one after I emailed them about it. As one poster mentioned, the pad is very stiff, but I believe it's supposed to be. Everything I've ever been taught about reverse hypers has you bracing hard against the pad, which requires stiffness.

ordered on 5/15, shipped and delivered to my garage by 5/19, boxed well, directions easy to follow, build was easy / straight forward and best of all I can do a lot of work on a single piece of equipment! first purchase and definitely won’t be the last! great job Titan and staff!

Bought mainly for hypers but it has a lot of exercise options. Lever rows, back raise, situps, dips. Little imagination goes a long way here. Having the GHR and hypers in one machine saves a ton of space.

Like many I was skeptical about the quality when I saw the price, but I took a chance and I'm so happy I did. GHD in general are expensive but a combo?! The packaging was great, it actually came on a pallet. Packaging and protection were intact, instructions are on the Titan website and easy to understand. I'm consistently just over 200 lbs and when I hop on it's pretty solid. I've been using it several times a week in one way or another, and it's just as solid as any other reverse hyper I've used. The GHD part is just as solid. The only issue I've had is getting the footholds to slide up and down with the plastic border piece (no clue what it's actually called).
