This is a fantastic machine! Setup was a bit of a hassle, but it's well worth it. My core is being strengthened significantly.

Great pice of equipment. I felt it after one workout. I do one set of 20 in morning or after being on my feet all day if my back is stiff or soar and it gives instant relief.

Machine is awesome for the most part. Only complaint is the GHR is hard to do for a lot of people because even with the foot pad all the way forward they cant get into the GHR starting position because they're knees fall through to the floor, adding some.mats can help but the knee pad is too far still for some people with shorter tibias. So about 50% of my clients cant use it for GHRs. Everything else is perfect about this machine

This thing is solid as can be. The pad for glute ham raises is a little firm and could be more comfortable but all in all it serves it's purpose well!
