I have been using this machine several days a week for a few months now. Great machine for glute ham raises, reverse hyper a, back extensions, and various ab exercises. I did have a bit of trouble putting it together due to a poor instruction manual and difficulty lining some bolts up. One of the bearings arrived damaged, but Titan sent a brand new one after I emailed them about it. As one poster mentioned, the pad is very stiff, but I believe it's supposed to be. Everything I've ever been taught about reverse hypers has you bracing hard against the pad, which requires stiffness.

ordered on 5/15, shipped and delivered to my garage by 5/19, boxed well, directions easy to follow, build was easy / straight forward and best of all I can do a lot of work on a single piece of equipment! first purchase and definitely won’t be the last! great job Titan and staff!

Bought mainly for hypers but it has a lot of exercise options. Lever rows, back raise, situps, dips. Little imagination goes a long way here. Having the GHR and hypers in one machine saves a ton of space.

Like many I was skeptical about the quality when I saw the price, but I took a chance and I'm so happy I did. GHD in general are expensive but a combo?! The packaging was great, it actually came on a pallet. Packaging and protection were intact, instructions are on the Titan website and easy to understand. I'm consistently just over 200 lbs and when I hop on it's pretty solid. I've been using it several times a week in one way or another, and it's just as solid as any other reverse hyper I've used. The GHD part is just as solid. The only issue I've had is getting the footholds to slide up and down with the plastic border piece (no clue what it's actually called).

This is a fantastic machine! Setup was a bit of a hassle, but it's well worth it. My core is being strengthened significantly.

Machine is awesome for the most part. Only complaint is the GHR is hard to do for a lot of people because even with the foot pad all the way forward they cant get into the GHR starting position because they're knees fall through to the floor, adding some.mats can help but the knee pad is too far still for some people with shorter tibias. So about 50% of my clients cant use it for GHRs. Everything else is perfect about this machine

Great pice of equipment. I felt it after one workout. I do one set of 20 in morning or after being on my feet all day if my back is stiff or soar and it gives instant relief.

This thing is solid as can be. The pad for glute ham raises is a little firm and could be more comfortable but all in all it serves it's purpose well!
