The bench looks great (visually) These were the issues I found, which I hope Titan will correct with product revision: 1) The three holes in the back board do not match up with the three holes in the horizontal bar. As the great Meatloaf once sang, "Two out of three ain't bad". But seriously, my concern is that one day I will pull up on the wrong side of the pad and bend it, because I could only align one end and the middle. 2) The instructions show three lock washers for the pad bolts, but none are provided. I'm hoping the center of the square cross beam gives enough spring to function like the spring washer, but either the lock washers should be added or the instructions modified to reduce confusion. 3) It was a little difficult aligning the crossbar to the pad to get the bolts to the correct location. A pad print helping to align hole centers would make this task easier. 4) There were a few small rips in the underside of the pad. The material on the top is thick and strong enough, but the underside looks fairly easy to damage. This might not affect qualifty long term. 5) There was some sand like material dispursed through the box, possibly dessicant beads if the bag holding them popped open. My bench was outside in the rain by the time I got home which might have been the causes. The only concern is that some beads got into the cavity of the short post with the handle, and I had to clean them as best I could out of the roller to reduce friction. 6) The assembly instructions gave an exploded view and a parts list that was a little out of date. Two bolt covers were missing, although they are not essential. What I was really missing was a list of suggested point by point instructions to make assembly easier (i.e. didn't have to think about it first). The key point for simplicity is to always have the bolts inserted from the top down and visible so that it's easier to make sure they are aligned correctly and not cross threaded.

The base is solid but the bench construction itself feels flimsy and like I'm going to break it. I've used it fewer than 5 times and have already heard the cheap particle board/cardboard base seemingly cracking. I got it on flash sale for $99, so I'm not bothered enough by it to complain, but if I had paid full price I'd be pretty surly. Additionally, the vinyl on titan stuff feels pretty cheap and easily rippable (I'd read that before in other reviews and would agree).

Good bench. Nicely made except. I will be adding L brackets under pad. Only mounts on the center which is prob fine but does have some movement that small L brackets should fix.

the foot was welded slightly crooked so every time I sit or go to sit up the bench wobbles. Other than that it’s a great bench with amazing wheels for portability and it’s solidly built. Cool embroidery of logo.
