“Only one negative and that is that i was missing a couple washers in the materials pack for assemble… Assembly requires ability to follow instructions and attention to detail… other than that, this home gym is awesome!!!! Ease of use and smoothness of the plates and pulleys are top notch! Definitely gym quality equipment! Buy one now, you wont regret it!”

“It came very well packaged up in a wood crate. I would suggest, as I did, to be there when it’s delivered so you can ask the freight co driver to place it in your garage exactly where you want it until you are ready to unpack it. You can absolutely not move it once it’s set down! It comes to you in very few parts, so fairly simple to assemble. Took a few hours with 2 of us. Very happy with assembly. I watched videos of other brands and there was a lot more to assemble with the others. Very solid construction. Very sturdy. My is set up on thick rubber gym mats and does not move when using it. Motion is very smooth. Weights and rollers glide like butter. Highly suggest the Titan fitness trainer over others. Would totally buy it again.”

“The equipment is great and looking forward to using it. The trouble is it was shipped without two pulley’s and hardware for the pulley’s. I have a $2500 machine that is useless. They keep sending me the frame hardware kit, I need the pulley’s! Very disappointed so far.”

“The pull up bar came broken. I have sent numerous emails requesting a new bar and they repeatedly send me emails saying they haven't heard from me and so the problem must be solved (despite numerous emails asking for a replacement bar). Its been weeks and still haven't received a replacement bar. One side of the machine rattles when using the pulleys. Horrible customer service. Don't buy Titan products.”

“I have a had the functional trainer for three weeks now. It is solid and putting it together wasn’t as hard as I thought. We did YouTube how to put it together though. Best way.”
