“My wife and I ordered the Functional Trainer which arrived a week after we ordered it. The crate arrived very well packed, everything was in perfect condition. Once unpacked, assembly took about an hour, nothing too challenging. Our only issue was the weight stickers. The directions simply say to attach them. We cleaned the stacks and put the stickers on. My wife did the best she could to line them up, they weren’t perfect but it was close. Watching a YouTube video later, a comment said the stickers should be left on the front of the sheet and that would allow for better alignment. Now why couldn’t this be mentioned in the instructions? The reason for deducting a star, the next morning half of the stickers had fallen off the weight stack. The adhesive was very poor, the stickers that remained on the stack were all falling off. This was after cleaning 3 times with alcohol. My wife used painters tape to create a straight line (perhaps a guide could be included in the purchase to help all customers align the stickers) and she glued on the stickers. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, but the sticker issues prevent us from giving 5 stars. We would 100% order this item again.”

“Very well designed piece of equipment, built with higher quality materials. Everything works very smoothly and it was easy to assemble by myself. Everything was packaged very well and nothing was damaged upon arrival. Would highly recommend this specific piece of equipment, it was an extremely high value for the price.”

“This machine was a step up for me from the Inspire Fitness FTX. The heavier weight stacks, increased width, aluminum pulleys, etc. are all good upgrades. Assembly was pretty easy and simple, though a couple minor steps were not included in the instructions. Motion is pretty smooth not buttery smooth. I think I may need to lube the pulleys. Guide rods are fully lubed and very smooth. I'm certain the bit of friction/rubbing I'm feeling is in a few of the pulleys. The only downsides of this machine for me are that I wish it had center high pulleys and center low pulleys with a foot plate at the back of the machine to make pull downs and rows better. I would love to see the addition of center pulleys and cabling like the Rep Ares has. In all, I believe it is good value.”

“I forgot to add the discount when I ordered and they didn't make it right when I sent an email explaining. I should've got another $300 off the total price but they wouldn't do it. Looks great and works great! Still learning exercises and how to execute certain ones.”

“The instructions for the assembly were generally good with the exception of the footings installation on the ground connected to the bottom of the frame on both sides. Firstly, my unit arrived with one of the four nut/bolt pieces missing while the other 3 were attached at the bottom of the frame (2 on one side and only 1 on the other). I found the missing one at the bottom of the crate. Then the instructions were not clear how to install those footings and i had to do multiple iterations and even now one of the bolts does not fit into the hole at the bottom mod the frame. For a company that prides itself on precision this was not a good result.”
