As advertised. It's a bench. If you need a bench, buy this bench. It's a good bench.

I have owned this bench for almost 18 months, and I have been really happy with it. I use it for flat bench, incline, and military press. I use it multiple times per week, and it is still tight and sturdy. I have been so happy with it that I think I'll grab a Titan flat bench for my gym as well.

This bench gets the job done. In the 45 degree angle range it feels a little more wobbly than I like, but I haven't had any issues. I wish it felt more stable but it has got the job done. Upon arrival the seated section had some weird defects on the material, but not enough of an issue for me to return the item.

This is a great home gym bench for it's value. I've comfortably benched over 300lbs and have no doubt it can support way more than that. I was a bit wary at first with the back pad, as it creaked a bit, but for whatever reason that has subsided after some use.

After reading some of the reviews of people who said this wasn't a quality bench, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I ordered anyway because it's a great price and I've been happy with all the Titan products I've gotten. As I took the parts out of the box I kept thinking "this is a hefty piece of equipment!" The tubing is solid, the way the legs/feet are designed, it's easy to get to sit flat. For those who said it wobbled, I found that if you over tighten one side before another, it could affect the way it sits. But if you work your way around the bolts evenly the bench sits perfectly flat. Another part that I was wondering about were the adjustment arms. Not easy to tell from the picture, but the thickness and heft of them is impressive. No worries about anything giving out. Once assembled it sits solid and stable. No wobble, no rattles as you can get in adjustable benches. The handle and wheels make it easy to move around. It adjusts from fully flat to fully upright. I also like the pegs for hooking bands on the back legs. The weight limit says 350 but I'm doubting that. My flat bench doesn't have the same heft of materials and has held close to 600 pounds with no problem. I doubt I'll have any issues with this one either. To be honest after putting this bench together I couldn't wait to write this review. If there was a way to attach video or pictures I gladly would to help those who might wonder if this is a sturdy item. It feels just as solid as the adjustable benches at the commercial gym I went to at a fraction of the cost. It will make a great addition to your home gym as it did to mine. For reference, my workouts are centered around powerlifting and strongman. The bench feels great for my height of 6'1" and about a 250 lbs body weight.

I got this bench for Christmas and have been using it for a few weeks. This is my first bench and it's good for the cost. You can tell it's cheaply made as others have stated. The framing feels very thin and the pad is a joke. I tried doing bench dips this morning and was afraid I would break it. My buddy is storing his equipment at my place while he's moving right now and you can tell his bench is much higher quality. Like I said, it's a good starter bench but you get what you pay for. Maybe Titan will take some of these reviews to heart and at least include a thicker pad that doesn't bend. Slightly thicker framing and a better pad would make this bench top notch.

Obviously this is not the highest quality bench on the market, but for the price to quality relative is perfect. If you are looking for a bench that is extremely sturdy and will hold unquestionable amounts of weight you are looking at the wrong bench. if you just need some kind of bench for your home gym i think its perfect. I enjoy the adjustability and since I do not compactivity powerlift my total weight on the bench allows me to lift comfortably without the fear of the bench coming apart. Again the price-to-quality is perfect if you looking for a low end bench to get you by.

Don't expect to break any records with this bench. It's cheaply made but tight/solid enough for most home gyms. I do not recommend if you are moving heavy (315+) loads. It's light, moves around easily and its perfect for my home gym. I anticipate replacing it in 3 years or so.
