The Plated-Loaded Lat Tower is a space-saving strength trainer designed to build your back and shoulder strength. This high-quality Lat Tower combines lat pull down and a low row position, making it a smart addition to any home gym. With dual, 13-inch loadable weight plate sleeves, you can slowly work up to higher-intensity workouts with a weight capacity of up to 400 LB. The tower comes with a Lat Bar, Low Row Handle, and Thigh Pads with four adjustable positions to accommodate athletes of all body types. “Great machine and very versatile! Hard to find an affordable lat pull down machine that can do as much as this one can. My only issue was it didn’t come with instructions and the website’s instructions had different labels for the nuts and bolts provided which made it confusing. I had search third party YouTubers for guidance and take it apart a few times to get it just right.”

“Product seems pretty good so far. Good value. Only issue I had was that I had two washers left over at the end. I assume they go on the bottom, but the instructions don't include them. They show them at the top. I tried calling product support but never got through. Left my callback number but still waiting by the phone. I'll probably just pop those washers on.”

“Love this machine! Easy to assemble. It took two since I’m only 5’8”. The only challenging part was the cable installation. Very smooth. Great for back, biceps and triceps! The two bars provided need to be upgraded. That is the only issue.”
