The Plated-Loaded Lat Tower is a space-saving strength trainer designed to build your back and shoulder strength. This high-quality Lat Tower combines lat pull down and a low row position, making it a smart addition to any home gym. With dual, 13-inch loadable weight plate sleeves, you can slowly work up to higher-intensity workouts with a weight capacity of up to 400 LB. The tower comes with a Lat Bar, Low Row Handle, and Thigh Pads with four adjustable positions to accommodate athletes of all body types. “After a year of only DBs and BBs, my fiance and I were really missing the cable options that our gym offered. We ordered from Titan for the first time and are super impressed with the quality of this machine. It adds so much more flexibility to our programming and is a fantastic addition to the home gym. I was able to put this together, solo, within 3 hours making it extremely user friendly.”

“Loved the pull down machine. For the money it does a great job. I would say having the weight stacks are more time efficient. But I knew what I was getting when I got this one. I do wish the feet stands could fold over. I almost bust my butt and broke my leg tripping over them. And the biggest issue is lack of directions. That needs to be fixed. Overall we enjoy this rack and are happy with it.”

“Only complaint is there could have been a better order of operations in the assembly. After I assembled it the action just didn’t seem smooth and the weight felt heavier than it should. Then I thought maybe the cable is running through bolts and I was right. It ran over one bolt and under another I pulled the bolts out and the cable is now running above both of them but the coating is damaged. Also, I kinked the steel over tightening the bolts. Would be nice to warn against that.”
