Frankly speaking, I have not tested a max load yet. But with the 100 lbs I do have loaded, it seems quite smooth, and very stable. We shall see what happens when I load up 200 lbs. At 6'1" I can get a full range of motion with the proper stretch in the top position. It was quite simple to assemble, and I appreciate the fact that the pulleys were already in place when the machine arrived. This took out a lot of uncertainty as to which ones should go where. There was no instruction manual in the package, which was a little strange. But easily downloadable from the website. So for somebody who believes that "gym quality" equipment can only be found in a gym, I am pleasantly surprised. But we shall see what happens when I load it up and beat the $%*$ out of it. :-))

Assembly was pretty simple although it could be diagramed better with more wording. The equipment functions pretty fluid no real complaints. The portion that you do the row on does feel a little different that pro gym equipment I believe due to the height the pulley sits for that exercise. But over all solid piece of equipment no complaints thus far…

This machine is very versatile with different attachments you can do so much more than just pull downs and rows.

Very smooth piece of equipment and a great addition to the home gym. If you plan to use the bottom pulley, the tower will need to be secured to the floor.

The machine itself is fantastic. However, the unit arrived with no instructions, and when I went on the website looking for them, there was a very poor video of the assembly procedure. There was a small bottle of a clear mystery liquid, that I can only assume is a lube for the weight rack to slide up and down with. This should be an easy fix.
