This high-quality Lat Tower combines lat pull down and a low row position, making it a smart addition to any home gym. With dual, 13-inch loadable weight plate sleeves, you can slowly work up to higher-intensity workouts with a weight capacity of up to 400 LB. “Good sturdy piece of garage gym equipment. Stable even without bolting to floor. Smooth cable movement. Pretty easy assembly taking about an hour and a half. Faster assembly if you have two people. My wife and I are enjoying using this in our workouts.”

“In the context of cost and intended use this thing is very good. Instructions had a couple things that could be improved. The only real complaint I have is the bars the plate holder slides on are a little bowed. But it works great. Perfect for home gym.”

“Easy to assemble and works great. I am using wd40 silicon spray to lube the guide rails and have to do so every other day or so. Overall a great addition to my home gym. Will definitely be purchasing a few more Titan machines.”

“Very easy to assemble, extremely smooth operation. I'm 6' 285lbs and use it easily, size isn't an issue. Face pulls are the only down side, can't really be done without damaging cable. Mines bolted to the floor, Titan recommends 3/8 studs but they won't fit unless you drill out the grommets, went with 1/4" and it works just fine. I've had home gyms for over 20 years and this piece is a great addition. It comes with a long and short bar, they need to be upgraded when you get it if you want bars that roll, the ones that come with it are fixed.”
