The Plated-Loaded Lat Tower is a space-saving strength trainer designed to build your back and shoulder strength. This high-quality Lat Tower combines lat pull down and a low row position, making it a smart addition to any home gym. With dual, 13-inch loadable weight plate sleeves, you can slowly work up to higher-intensity workouts with a weight capacity of up to 400 LB. The tower comes with a Lat Bar, Low Row Handle, and Thigh Pads with four adjustable positions to accommodate athletes of all body types. Load up on plates and use lat pulldowns to efficiently target your upper body and back muscles to perform various pulldowns, bent-over rows, seated rows, and more.NOTE: Titan recommends bolting your Plate Loadable Lat Tower to the floor before performing upright cable rows

“Its pretty well made, took about 90 min to assemble. It did come in one box which was eight foot long and seemed fo be a couple hundred pounds which was difficult to get in the house. The big thing that got me was the price dropped $130.00 a few days after i bought mine. And then after my unit was delivered, Titan kept sending me messages about the unit i had looked at, and that it had dropped $130.00 from what i had paid. I called customer service and i was told the sale price dropped over 48 hours after i had purchased mine. It doesn’t make me feel like i want to buy more equipment from them as they may do a major price drop again after I would buy that equipment.”

“Nice stable machine that allows me to load up the weights for a really good back building workout. On the down side, with less than a weeks ownership and usage the plastic cover on the cable is already fraying.”

“Very good for the price. Know what you are trying At this price point you are getting basic pull down bar and tow bar. You will want to upgrade those. Machine was smoother than I thought after some silicon spray. Handled pull downs at 120lbs easy. I’m very pleased with it”

“Really good for a budget machine, I am 6ft 3 and I get a full stretch. Also you can use it for triceps push downs and bicep curls, one arm side lateral raises.”
