This plate-loaded seated dip machine has a seated design to stabilize your body and shoulders and better isolate your triceps. This results in bigger gains in less time compared to traditional full-body dips. The adjustable seat and backrest make it easy to customize your position for comfort and proper form. Add up to 200 LB of Olympic weight plates to the dual 11" weight sleeves to increase resistance and achieve progressive muscle growth. This seated tricep dip machine is built with durable steel and features comfortable hand grips to guide your movements and ensure proper form for more efficient workouts and less shoulder strain. Plus, this model doubles as a bicep curl station with an eyelet for attaching a curl bar and comes with a chain, carabiners, and curl bar included.

well made and does not come with instructions but have assembled enough gym equipment that I did not need them and it's really only good for doing dips or one arm triceps in the back of your head

Very easy to put together and quality piece of equipment. Does a lot more than see the dips. I've done hammer curls with rope attachments, regular curls with bar that is include, upright row and even a belt squat. Very versatile.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of assembly, took about an hour by myself. It really is very simple and well constructed. It handles a good amount of weight, I have done 3 plates on each side so far. The one thing I would change is the arm angles. I wish they would tilt up a bit to avoid plate movement, but this was easily fixed with a bar collar. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this piece to anyone looking for a great tricep machine.
