This plate-loaded seated dip machine has a seated design to stabilize your body and shoulders and better isolate your triceps. This results in bigger gains in less time compared to traditional full-body dips. The adjustable seat and backrest make it easy to customize your position for comfort and proper form. Add up to 200 LB of Olympic weight plates to the dual 11" weight sleeves to increase resistance and achieve progressive muscle growth. This seated tricep dip machine is built with durable steel and features comfortable hand grips to guide your movements and ensure proper form for more efficient workouts and less shoulder strain. Plus, this model doubles as a bicep curl station with an eyelet for attaching a curl bar and comes with a chain, carabiners, and curl bar included.

overall the machine works well. my triceps and pecs get a good workout from it (especially the triceps). I haven't tried the bicep attachment, and honestly probably won't, so I can't comment on that part of the machine. my one complaint is, I couldn't get enough stretch with the seat on the machine (for reference I am 6' tall). I removed the seat, and the extra 2 inches of stretch was exactly what I needed. to sum up this review, I would recommend this seated dip bench. I hope this has helped anyone interested in purchasing this piece of equipment.

Very well-made and pretty happy with this. The only downside is a design flaw which won't prevent you from using it or enjoying it. The leverages are set up so that the serious lifter will need to slap on a lot of weight to get a challenging level of resistance. I did a 5 sets x 10 reps workout as a test with two 45-pound plates (90 pounds) and it was hardly challenging. I haven't worked my triceps ion probably three months so consider this from a starter's perspective. I'm pretty sure I'll need 180 pounds on this sucker to be challenged. I know this might sound like a trivial point but for home-gym owners that are constantly changing and lugging around plates I simply think it could have been designed better.

This was a little more difficult putting together with the pullies and cables than expected, but a guy on YouTube walks through the cables and pullies that helped me out. After together it works great!
