“Perfect piece of equipment for home gyms. I was concerned about using this type of dip machine since you add weight, but overall it is almost perfect. The only two negatives about this equipment, I wish the handles had the ability to rotate inward and outward. The second issue, I am not sure if the weight is lighter (compared to commercial) with this weighted dip machine but I can easily do well over 200lbs and I am 190. It’s not an issue, I just crank out 25-35 reps per 4-5 sets because the dip machine literally positions you to be locked onto the seat. I thought if I added too much weight it’ll be difficult to keep my body down but I have no issues with that. Besides all that, no regrets on buying this dip machine, will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to add to their home gym. One last thing, the footprint is extremely small, so if you have space issues, you shouldn’t have issues with finding a spot.”
