“My favorite home gym piece. Much safer on my shoulders as it controls the depth. Movement pattern is repeatable each time unlike conventional dips where one can alter the pattern accidently and cause injury. Very small footprint.”

“I have had this piece for about 6 months and I am very pleased. My suggestion to those considering to purchase it is to invest in a high quality seat belt. I got one online from a company that specializes in seatbelts. Cost me a little over $20 but made a world of differnce in the usability of the machine when training heavy. I teeter back and forth of whether I want to purchase a commercial version of this piece. It does a great job and with a 400 pound capacity I dont think I need to spend the extra cash.”
