“This seated dip machine was easy to put together it took approx. 45 minutes and it works great. I am 62 with bad shoulders so regular dips are out, this is easy on my shoulders I really like it. The curl bar on the back I will not be using . Highly recommended.”

“When I saw this online I new this would work perfect with my adjustable cable machine! No plates needed. I just I just backed it up to the cable pulley at it's lowest setting which is the perfect height and then snapped the hook into eyelet. Done. Easy to change weights with the cable machine and just as smooth as the expensive tricep pressdown machine I have used at Planet Fitness. The eyelet is on top however it still does not appear to cause any undue stress on the eyelet or bar and does not affect the operation. It will also work with my seated cable row on a multistation I have.”

“This piece of equipment lets me do do high volume dips again. Since I am in my 60's wear and tear has started to limit my dip capacity. Not a problem any longer with this dip machine. Easy to assemble and a great addition to the home gym. I am a big fan of Titan equipment. I already had a bench, multi-grip bar, SSB, and a log among other things all from Titan. Now I hve more, with my eye on still geting more things.”
