This plate-loaded seated dip machine has a seated design to stabilize your body and shoulders and better isolate your triceps. This results in bigger gains in less time compared to traditional full-body dips. The adjustable seat and backrest make it easy to customize your position for comfort and proper form. Add up to 200 LB of Olympic weight plates to the dual 11" weight sleeves to increase resistance and achieve progressive muscle growth. This seated tricep dip machine is built with durable steel and features comfortable hand grips to guide your movements and ensure proper form for more efficient workouts and less shoulder strain. Plus, this model doubles as a bicep curl station with an eyelet for attaching a curl bar and comes with a chain, carabiners, and curl bar included.

Shipment was 24 hours. Received an email the order was processed and the box was at doorstep the next day. Very easy to assemble without needing the manual and machine is very sturdy. Arm position is just right so shoulders aren't in the awkward pinch. Would recommend to anyone considering.

I was worried I'd have to improvise a seat belt to hold me down when loading this thing up, but the angles of the handles actually push me back into the seat. So far I've been able to load up 4 - 45's, 4 - 35's and 2 - 25s with no problems, and plenty more room. Just bought another pair of 45's to be able to load more weight as I progress using this fantastic machine. Footprint is great as it takes up very little space in my 10 X 15 shed gym.

I'm going to be honest with you, I hesitated to buy this for a long time simply due to the low price tag. I figured it would be flimsy and not able to handle heavy loads. I was way off. This thing is incredibly solid and WELL WORTH the price tag. If you're looking for a plate loaded dip, this thing cannot be beat for the price.

Had this for a while now. I have a full commercial home gym. This was just supposed to bridge the gap between selling my hammer and getting in my legend. Well, legend turned out to be a piece of garbage and I got another hammer, but kept this awesome little machine. Completely different feel than traditional machine dips. Can go heavy with no shoulder pain! No issues with stability or integrity with 10 45lb plates. Been training since 14, I'm 42 now. For the money and floor space, you can't do better. Make this iso-lateral, with a seatbelt, adjustable swivel grips, and adjustable backrest... and I'd happily pay $1500.

I really enjoy this piece. Ive had 6 plates and bands added to it and theres still plenty room for more plates. It maintains sturdy and there are positions you can put your body in to target muscles in different locations. Lean up and back into the pad for a stronger tricep engagement. Tilt forward to apply tension and work into the chest and shoulders. Great piece to the gym. @ellisjoshuam
