This plate-loaded seated dip machine has a seated design to stabilize your body and shoulders and better isolate your triceps. This results in bigger gains in less time compared to traditional full-body dips. The adjustable seat and backrest make it easy to customize your position for comfort and proper form. Add up to 200 LB of Olympic weight plates to the dual 11" weight sleeves to increase resistance and achieve progressive muscle growth. This seated tricep dip machine is built with durable steel and features comfortable hand grips to guide your movements and ensure proper form for more efficient workouts and less shoulder strain. Plus, this model doubles as a bicep curl station with an eyelet for attaching a curl bar and comes with a chain, carabiners, and curl bar included.

Had this for a while now. I have a full commercial home gym. This was just supposed to bridge the gap between selling my hammer and getting in my legend. Well, legend turned out to be a piece of garbage and I got another hammer, but kept this awesome little machine. Completely different feel than traditional machine dips. Can go heavy with no shoulder pain! No issues with stability or integrity with 10 45lb plates. Been training since 14, I'm 42 now. For the money and floor space, you can't do better. Make this iso-lateral, with a seatbelt, adjustable swivel grips, and adjustable backrest... and I'd happily pay $1500.

I really enjoy this piece. Ive had 6 plates and bands added to it and theres still plenty room for more plates. It maintains sturdy and there are positions you can put your body in to target muscles in different locations. Lean up and back into the pad for a stronger tricep engagement. Tilt forward to apply tension and work into the chest and shoulders. Great piece to the gym. @ellisjoshuam

Rather than spending the money on a selectorized machine, picked this machine for the home gym. Pretty good construction, feel a burn in triceps when using, and a small footprint as far as space. Adjust your grip as need be to determine what muscle you want to hit more, tri’s or chest.

Awesome machine!! I’m 61 and shoulders are shot. This allows me to do dips with lighter than body weight. Keep up the great work and fabulous pricing

i like that i dont have to wear a chain around my waist with plates clunking around to work with added weight. i also found this much more comfortable for my elbows than conventional dip stand

Really great product. Assembly was quick and easy. The bicep curl option is nice, but not something I will use. The handles for the pressdown are comfortable width. There are plenty of height adjustments and options for hand placement. High quality product and very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended.
