“Rather than spending the money on a selectorized machine, picked this machine for the home gym. Pretty good construction, feel a burn in triceps when using, and a small footprint as far as space. Adjust your grip as need be to determine what muscle you want to hit more, tri’s or chest.”

“i like that i dont have to wear a chain around my waist with plates clunking around to work with added weight. i also found this much more comfortable for my elbows than conventional dip stand”

“Really great product. Assembly was quick and easy. The bicep curl option is nice, but not something I will use. The handles for the pressdown are comfortable width. There are plenty of height adjustments and options for hand placement. High quality product and very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended.”
