This plate-loaded seated dip machine has a seated design to stabilize your body and shoulders and better isolate your triceps. This results in bigger gains in less time compared to traditional full-body dips. The adjustable seat and backrest make it easy to customize your position for comfort and proper form. Add up to 200 LB of Olympic weight plates to the dual 11" weight sleeves to increase resistance and achieve progressive muscle growth. This seated tricep dip machine is built with durable steel and features comfortable hand grips to guide your movements and ensure proper form for more efficient workouts and less shoulder strain. Plus, this model doubles as a bicep curl station with an eyelet for attaching a curl bar and comes with a chain, carabiners, and curl bar included.

For the money this is a great machine. Quality built and smooth. Great for working triceps especially if you have shoulder problems

Was able to put it together in about 20 minutes . Built strong , but 1 side of the plate holders is running slightly downward , so you have to have clamps [ no big deal ]. After giving up dips many years ago because of shoulder pain , I missed them , and thought I would give these a try . Well now I love using this machine on push days !

OVERALL: Expected something less substantial for the money. Very surprised with this one. The first thing I noticed was the weight of the box it came in. This is a solid piece of equipment. Super easy to assemble and has smooth action. Holds more than enough 45s for this old man. My tris and pecs aren't where I want them to be, but body weight dips aren't something I can rep out. This allows me to really build up progressively AND gives me a great change of pace on PUSH days. The motion feels very natural and brings back memories of old commercial gym days. I'm a bigger guy, but the width between levers is perfect. Also, the length of the soft, non-slip grips gives you leeway for hand placement to make slight adjustments for comfort and subtle changes in muscle target. PROS: Cost, construction, sturdiness, ease of assembly. CONS: The chain-attached curl bar option seems unnecessary and clumsy at best for me (your mileage may vary). This is NOT why I bought this machine in the first place, so I won't attach it and won't use it. SUMMATION: If you are in the top 5% echelon of super heavyweight bodybuilding elite, who "strap in" to do tri presses with 6 times your body weight and lift cars for sport, then this may be a bit useless for you. For the other 95% of us, I think this ticks all the boxes: Price, function, sturdiness, ease-of-assembly, ease-of-use, free shipping, well packaged. Boom!

Machine is smooth and well built. Handles may be wide for smaller people but it is one size fits all. Will need to be bolted down for any exercise other than dips.

This machine does a great job of targeting the muscles. It is designed to target. I have shoulder issues and is unable to perform regular dips. This machine allows me to do dips without any pain. I highly recommend this piece of equipment to anybody putting together their own fitness space.
