“Awesome piece to have especially in a home gym. Definitely hits the muscles as designed. If your form is correct, you will get the same (if not better) workout vs standing Dip workout. As for tricep training, this is just as good as using cables in my opinion.”

“This has been a grey addition to my gym,. I have been life long power lifter shoulder issues have made dips difficult, this machine allows me to almost the exact same results for tri and chest with out pain or injury.”

“I am pleased with my plate loaded dip machine it’s going to be my go to machine every workout. I haven’t used the rear pulley for I have a crossover machine that I use for lower pulley.”

“Good shipping. Unit works great. Takes awhile to find the sweet spot that doesnt put pressure on front deltoid. Added grease to hinge cylinder for smooth operation. Small foot print. Great buy.”
