“I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of assembly, took about an hour by myself. It really is very simple and well constructed. It handles a good amount of weight, I have done 3 plates on each side so far. The one thing I would change is the arm angles. I wish they would tilt up a bit to avoid plate movement, but this was easily fixed with a bar collar. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this piece to anyone looking for a great tricep machine.”

“When I came home and saw the condition of the box I was skeptical about what the condition of the parts would be. I also wasn't sure what the quality would be since I couldn't find the weight of the machine prior to ordering. I must say that I my expectations were exceeded when I found there were no damaged parts. It assembled quickly and easily (15 mins), and worked like a commercial piece of equipment you'd find at the gym. High quality steel construction and I immediately loaded It up with 200lbs + of plates for my morning workout. Great value for the price. I highly recommend.”
