“Like many of you COVID had us eliminate our "need" for a guest den and convert it to a home gym. Which we equipped it quite well w/ professional grade Hammer-Strength equipment. Yet there were pieces I would have liked to add, being that the gym was retrofitted, kind of became more of an after thought. I fell in love with Hypertension exercises decades ago, but didn't realize how much I missed this core developing piece of equipment until I was without it. My only difficulty here was choosing which one?! My retrofitted gym space does not allow for every piece of quipment I would like to own. But I needed to bring back some of the oldies but goodies. I was delighted to be able to fit this Roman Chair easily next to my cable-crossover machine, and despite it's lightweight footprint (& weight) ain't NO way this thing is crumbling under pressure. Now I am nicely sore in places that had been difficult to activate with my former set-up. You seriously will not be disappointed!”

“Have not had a chance to use it yet as there were no directions included in the box to figure out how to put it together. Trying to google them or find out how to somehow.”
