The Hyper/Roman Chair is a must-have for improving core strength, isolating abs, and building powerful back muscles. Turn up the intensity of your workout with the pull of a pin - the adjustable length of our back extension bench will take your routine to the next level. It also gives the specialty bench a universal fit, allowing athletes of all heights to add it to their training habits. Soft but durable vinyl padding on the bench helps reduce unnecessary strain on your body as you work out. The frame holds it all together, made of steel and able to withstand years of proper use. Our Y frame design maximizes the footprint of the bench for greater stability and allows for a small storage footprint when folded.

I received the new v2 yesterday and could not be happier with my purchase. Starting from the packaging; it was top notch compared to many of the purchases before with Titan. I've literally received parts in trash bags from the delivery companies due to thin cardboard. This was not the case on this item. Opening the box, everything within was well secured and covered in individual plastic with the hardware securely taped down. The packaging for the hardware was spot on, and the tools provided rendered my toolbox useless this time. The finish on this item is hands down the best I've had with any Titan product (t-3 rack, bench, add on pull up bars, step-up attachment for rack). Even running my box cutter down the frame a few times only left small, almost unnoticeable lines. The hyper/back extension v2, a.k.a. Roman Chair itself was straightforward to put together and can be completed by one person in less than 30 mins. Its space saving, folding up somewhat well, and has 3 adjustment levels for the foam rollers to securely hold your legs in place. The height adjustment for the thigh pad itself may be the only concern for some. I am 6' 1" and currently using the third from the top (lowest) setting for the thigh pad, which leaves only a few more adjustments for shorter folks. Its secured by one pin near the front when fully extended, which does have some play. As you lean forward the bench will sag some, but after using it last night, I have no concerns of its durability. All-in-all, this is an aesthetically pleasing bench to look at with a solid finish that's comparable to many of the more expensive competitors. A great purchase.
