The Hyper/Roman Chair is a must-have for improving core strength, isolating abs, and building powerful back muscles. Turn up the intensity of your workout with the pull of a pin - the adjustable length of our back extension bench will take your routine to the next level. It also gives the specialty bench a universal fit, allowing athletes of all heights to add it to their training habits. Soft but durable vinyl padding on the bench helps reduce unnecessary strain on your body as you work out. The frame holds it all together, made of steel and able to withstand years of proper use. Our Y frame design maximizes the footprint of the bench for greater stability and allows for a small storage footprint when folded.

Does what you need it to do. Normally a single function item isn’t conducive to my limited space, but it folds up and is currently hanging on the wall. Great buy

Solidly built yet collapsible and lightweight enough to move around the gym out of the way when not in use. I wouldn't have minded if it had adjustable angles, but all said and told, very reliable and a great purchase!

I've had the Titan Hyper Roman Chair V2 for about a month. Very good build quality, solid/heavy-gauge construction, easy to assemble, folds up for storage, easy to adjust pad height. I'm 200 lbs, 6'2" and it feels very stable when using it.
