“Great price, and great piece of equipment for back extensions. Not much else you can do with it but for back extensions you can't go wrong. The height is adjustable but not the angle. Luckily the angle of this is perfect for me. Best part is this folds up, is lightweight (but durable) and stores super well, so it's not taking up valuable space in your home gym. Just bring it out for the back extensions and then put it away.”

“I wish it were built more level...every time I try to come up to straight, I slide down. I am forced to stop before full range of motion to stop from sliding. I wish there were an attachment to raise the feet off of the ground with stability. I don't have anything that is the right height that is stable enough and won't scratch the finish. I think they could have leveled off the platform that you mid section lies on as well and still kept you lower leg "catch" the same and it would have worked better, but preferably the lower leg and abdomen should be parrallel to the ground.”

“Easy to assemble, extremely stable, padding is adequate, but could be softer, and the price was excellent for a quality piece of equipment. I am a competitive powerlifter, and i use mine 3 days a week.”
