“I used to lock my feet under my bench and use a yoga ball when my coach programmed hyper extensions. My heels hurt and I just wasn’t getting the most out of the exercise. This machine allows me to do the exercise properly and really feel the movement. In addition, I can use it for my reverse hyper extensions getting the most from the movement.”

“This is a simple bench but it seems to be well made and is comfortable with plenty of adjustment. I was a little apprehensive about buying this because of how cheap it was, but was extremely happy once I got the bench assembled. Because of this bench I am looking at buying more titan fitness products for my home gym.”

“Great product at a great price! I was worried that it would feel cheap and flimsy because it was such an affordable price compared to glute-hamstring developers. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. It doesn’t take up a lot of space, it is easy to move, and it can collapse to take up even less space when you aren’t using it. Overall, highly recommended product from me.”

“A must for a garage gym owner. Folds up when not in use, sturdy and light to move around. Use post DL, belt squat, and to loosen up hamstrings.”
