The Hyper/Roman Chair is a must-have for improving core strength, isolating abs, and building powerful back muscles. Turn up the intensity of your workout with the pull of a pin - the adjustable length of our back extension bench will take your routine to the next level. It also gives the specialty bench a universal fit, allowing athletes of all heights to add it to their training habits. Soft but durable vinyl padding on the bench helps reduce unnecessary strain on your body as you work out. The frame holds it all together, made of steel and able to withstand years of proper use. Our Y frame design maximizes the footprint of the bench for greater stability and allows for a small storage footprint when folded.

The fit is big. The hyper is def made for people above 5’5”. Had to modify it with risers to get the angle I wanted. The build seems sturdy for the time being. I like the fold and go. Overall I made it work for me. I didn’t want to pay for a higher end machine. So I am satisfied with my purchase.

Love that it folds up. Space is valuable. I’m 6 foot tall and have plenty of adjustability left in it. Definitely recommend it.

Great value. Can fold and hang easily but since light weight, just sits on floor. The build quality looks legit. Comfortable. Used 3-4x week

Great product. Does exactly what its supposed to do, and built like a tank. I'm just not sure its worth having as another piece of equipment at this point. Some buyers remorse.

I have many decades of regular training under my belt. I purchased Titan's Hyper Back Extension Bench / v2 to add a little variety to my lower back training instead of only doing stiff-legged deadlifts, swinging movements, etc. I can't say enough good things about this bench, It is very solid and stable, and I like the fact that it is adjustable so I can set it up to fit my body perfectly. The bench is easy to set up and fold up when I'm finished with it and stores easily in the closet when I am finished with it getting it out of the way since I train in a small upstairs room at home. The only regret that I have is that I didn't purchase this bench sooner. I highly recommend this bench. You won't be disappointed if you add this to your training room.

There is a plastic end cap on the foldable leg that causes it to get stuck when folded/unfolded (Piece 24 in the manual). Just remove/omit that piece and the binding goes away.
