This high-quality landmine trap bar attachment easily attaches to any Olympic bar with a painless slide-over design. It allows quick installation and prevents wear and scratching on your barbell. The threaded stop pin will keep the barbell in place as you train and works great for any landmine training. The attachment is made from 2 x 2.75-inch, 11-gauge steel tubing featuring two weight post sleeves and knurled handles that rotate 360-degrees. Take your workout to the next level by performing deadlifts to overhead presses without changing your grip as the handles rotate with you as you lift.UPDATED VERSION: We have updated the handles with tough aluminum alloy bearings.NOTE: Standard barbell collars may not fit on this specialty attachment

“This is my second clean and jerk purchase from Titan. Version 2 made a huge safety improvement on the rotating handles and is without question the best landmine attachment in the market. One can perform Olympic lifts without having to invest considerable amount of time perfecting technique. Excellent for high school athletes who wish to lift a few times a few week and benefit from explosive workouts. Received product quickly and with great packaging. Titan should consider manufacturing a greater number and having inventory in stock. Selling out within an hour of product availability is a great sign of demand and quality of product.”

“Highly recommended for basement home gyms with low ceilings. Using this has allowed me to add all the overhead movements missing from my routine due to height limitations. By pressing at a slight angle I've got enough clearance for ohp, cleans, thrusters ect. Originally bought the linebacker attachment for the same functionality, but this is a better option in every way. More functional, better build quality, better finish, more comfortable dimensions.”

“This is my favorite landmine attachment. It is heavier, sturdier, and larger than I expected, and it allows me to clean, jerk, and press much easier than I could do otherwise. I give this equipment my highest recommendation. If you want strong shoulders, this is a must-have landmine attachment.”
