A partial refund was offered based on the blemishes that was seen on the photos sent however, I can see from the ticket that the proposed resolution has not been accepted; a return for a full refund was also offered but that has been rejected as well. “The box that it was shipped in was damaged, which caused some delays on it's delivery date. Contacted custmer service warrenty and they were very helpful with any information in case it was damaged. There appeared to be no major damage but one of the arms had dusty rust on the bag that in was wrapped in and some was on the arm. I wiped it off with a rag and there appears to be no rust build up on it. It went together pretty easily. I recommend connecting the lower support frame together parts 1(2 of them) & 11 before attaching parts 2 & 4. It will make it more stable to attach parts 2 & 4..I'm 6'2" and have long arms so they could make the arms 3-4 inches longer but other than that it works great. planning on getting the preacher curl and leg press hack quad machine in the future”
