“The assembly of this machine was a little easy. It took me 3 hours to complete or 3 hours and 15 minutes if you add founding the instructions. After 2 weeks of use! The only issue is full range of motion for rear delts but what matters is the squeeze. The quality is very nice and I would recommend to friends and family.”

“You have to go online for the setup instructions, so that makes it a little tougher, but after you figure it out, it goes fairly fast. The machine itself seems to be good quality. I haven't had any issues with it.”
