The X-3 Series Roller J-Hooks makes aligning the barbell much easier. When racking the bar onto the roller, the roller slides the bar into the perfect position, and then the lifter can easily position the bar from side to side to center the bar in the X-3 Series Power Rack. Each J-Hook fits securely in place so you can focus on your workout without having to worry about the possibility of hook slippage or movement. Featuring heavy-duty nylon rollers and UHMW plastic on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bars knurling and rack from being damaged. Additionally, the X-3 Series Roller accepts all bar sizes from standard to large squat bars.
UPDATED VERSION: Featuring UHMW plastic on the implement's frame to prevent the rack from being damaged. Additionally, we have replaced the M12 front nut with a flush fastener to prevent your bar from being damaged.

“I would have given these 5 stars had the holes for the pins on both J-hooks lined up correctly. As it stands now, only one of the 2 is secured by the pin. The other is a few millimeters too high to actually allow the pin to screw in.”

“I got a REP PR-4000 delivered this week but REP didn’t have any J-Cups in stock for the PR-4000 so decided to order a pair of these and to my surprise they fit perfectly. The bar move freely from side to side even with heavy load. I was a bit concerned if they would work for benching due to their big size but they work great too so I ordered today a second pair for benching so no need to move the one pair I use for squats and press. Construction is or par with REP and Rogue. Definitely I do recommend these if you own a REP PR-4000 rack. BTW, the safety pin align perfectly with the PR-4000 uprights.”

“Like many others out there I have heard mixed reviews on Titan, both regarding build quality and condition of the equipment when arriving after shipping. I am happy to say that Titan exceeded my expectations. The freight arrived well packaged in an undamaged box. The jcups inside are heavy and seem to be well made, both rollers functioned smoothly. I popped these onto my Rep Fitness Pr4000 and they fit perfectly, with the extra retaining pin there is absolutely no wobble even while rolling with a heavy bar. The only downside (and I'm aware this is nit picking) is that the welds on one of the cups was a little ugly. That being said I love these jcups and would recommend to anyone who is on the fence.”

“I knew I would like this item even before using it. This came before my X-3 flat foot rack arrived. upon opening, I was impressed on the packaging! I don't know anything about welds so i won't talk about it. when using it. the rollers are smooth and easy to recenter! I was working with 240 lbs and it took no effort at all.”

“Would have given 5 stars but they almost missed the drill hole locations again for the pin. Barely fit. Worth the money though. Don't hesitate to buy. Well worth it. the design is very nice. Was impressed with the screw in pins. Very heavy duty. Didnt even know they came with that before i bought them. Beats my standard Rogue J cups by a mile.”
