The X-3 Series Roller J-Hooks makes aligning the barbell much easier. When racking the bar onto the roller, the roller slides the bar into the perfect position, and then the lifter can easily position the bar from side to side to center the bar in the X-3 Series Power Rack. Each J-Hook fits securely in place so you can focus on your workout without having to worry about the possibility of hook slippage or movement. Featuring heavy-duty nylon rollers and UHMW plastic on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bars knurling and rack from being damaged. Additionally, the X-3 Series Roller accepts all bar sizes from standard to large squat bars.
UPDATED VERSION: Featuring UHMW plastic on the implement's frame to prevent the rack from being damaged. Additionally, we have replaced the M12 front nut with a flush fastener to prevent your bar from being damaged.

“I had higher expectations for the roller hooks. The fitment is crooked on one hook after screwing in the threaded safety lock. Overall they feel kind of cheap but it gets the job done.”

“These work wonderfully on my REP PR-4000 rack, the only thing I wish was different is the screw in hitch pins take a long time to unscrew and screw back in when moving them to different positions, I’d love it if someone could make a spring loaded hitch pin for these, or some other method to speed up the process, but otherwise they are a great price and work really well.”

“I have wanted these for over a year and I’m not disappointed now that I finally made the purchase. Rolls very smooth and the locking feature makes it feel very safe. 2 possible upgrades. 1. Shorten the length below the roller to exactly match that of your standard Jhook. In its current configuration I was forced to place it one spot higher to fit my safety straps 2. Build in a roller lock feature for loading the bar. Neither upgrade is necessary but if Titan is truly looking to improve, those are two small ways.”

“I've had to these roller cups and I generally lift anywhere from 180lbs to 225lbs and I always slam the bar to the hooks. These hooks recieves that load with no issues. There is absolutely not clatter, purely soft and solid. Very very impressive. As you know, the rollers are also, most important to properly center the bar. It does that effortlessly. Highly recommend.”
