The X-3 Series Roller J-Hooks makes aligning the barbell much easier. When racking the bar onto the roller, the roller slides the bar into the perfect position, and then the lifter can easily position the bar from side to side to center the bar in the X-3 Series Power Rack. Each J-Hook fits securely in place so you can focus on your workout without having to worry about the possibility of hook slippage or movement. Featuring heavy-duty nylon rollers and UHMW plastic on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bars knurling and rack from being damaged. Additionally, the X-3 Series Roller accepts all bar sizes from standard to large squat bars.
UPDATED VERSION: Featuring UHMW plastic on the implement's frame to prevent the rack from being damaged. Additionally, we have replaced the M12 front nut with a flush fastener to prevent your bar from being damaged.

“I have a Rogue Monster Lite squat rack which, with the standard J-hooks, is too wide for the Titam safety squat bar I have, to fit properly. So I decided to get some roller J-hooks to allow the SSB to fit more properly. The Titan X-3 roller J-hooks were on sale so I decided to try them. Received quickly and installed them on my rack only to find out the hole for the lock pin on the RIGHT roller J-hook does not properly align with the hole in the rack, (too high), making it impossible to utilize, (screw in), the lock pin. The LEFT roller J-hook aligns well enough and works as one would expect. I informed Titan, and they sent me another set of roller J-hooks. The only problem is that the new set has the same defect on the same J-hook. This is an obvious quality control/manufacturing issue. Overall, the roller J-hooks do what I want them to do and I ended up with 2 sets for the price of one. I can live with that. But because of an issue I ended up having with a Titan extended arm not having 6-inch mounting holes as advertised on the Titan website, I will not be purchasing any Titan products in the future. “I use these on a competitoR’s rack and they work great. Yes, one of the included safety pins doesn’t screw in, so I just use different ones that pop in and out. Overall these are perfect for my use and I’m glad I bought them.”

“Good quality besides one thing which is the screw in fastener (the red handle), with one of the j hooks, there’s a faulty threading so you have to angle the fastener in a weird way which takes up time if you can line up the threading right away. Otherwise they’re great”

“If you’re looking for roller j-hooks I really don’t think you can get much better quality for the price. Used these in a different brand 3x3 rack that had slightly larger than 5/8 holes so the back locking pin worked beautifully for securing it. Well thought-out protection for both bar and the rack. Packed extremely well. No damage when receiving it too so it’s an easy 5-stars from me.”
